2. What data we process and why
Visiting the website
The web server records technical data about each request: IP address, time, the address requested, browser and device type, and the referring page. We need this data to deliver the website and keep it secure (legitimate interest). The hosting provider keeps these logs for about one week.
Security
The website’s security plugin (Solid Security) records the IP address and time of suspicious activity, such as failed login attempts, and may block an address for a while. These records are kept for 60 days. IP addresses of failed login attempts are also checked against and shared with the SolidWP brute force protection network. Legal basis: legitimate interest in protecting the website.
Contacting us
The website has no contact form. If you email or call us, we use your contact details and your message to reply and to handle a possible business relationship (legitimate interest, or steps taken before entering into a contract). We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed for this purpose and as required by accounting legislation.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
The website sets no cookies for visitors and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Fonts and all other files are loaded from our own server.
When you answer the cookie notice, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage (key “site_consent”) for 180 days, so that the notice is not shown again. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” button in the bottom corner of the page.
Logged-in website administrators receive WordPress login cookies. They are not used for visitors.
4. Content from other services
The website currently shows no embedded content from other services, such as maps or videos. If such content is added later, it loads only after you accept it in the cookie notice.
5. Recipients and transfers
Hosting: Zone Media OÜ, Estonia (EU). Security service: SolidWP (Liquid Web, LLC, United States) receives the IP addresses of failed login attempts. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decision-making.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Contact us at info@3dws.fi. You can also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman in Finland (tietosuoja.fi).
7. Changes
We update this policy when the website changes. The current version is always on this page.
